1️⃣ Group Registration

Your company or team will be registered as a Group inside the system. Each group has a unique name and an admin email. This ensures that only members of the same group can participate together.
* Individual add /upload members
Full Name (identity)
Email (login for friend slection )

2️⃣ Group Admin Login

Each group has an admin who verifies and manages the participants for their team. The admin login is only for your company’s assigned administrator. It is not visible or accessible to memebers/employees, and internal settings remain private.

(No system details or internal admin actions are shown to protect security.)

3️⃣ User Login With OTP

Uasers (member/user)simply log in using their email(what admin added). You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) to verify your identity. No passwords required — fast, simple, and secure.

4️⃣ Tap the Gift Box to Select Your Secret Friend

After logging in, you will see a gift box animation. Tap / click it to reveal your Secret Friend. The system ensures:

• You never get your own name
• A person cannot be assigned twice
• Everyone gets a unique friend

5️⃣ You Get a Secret Code

After selecting your friend, you will receive a **Secret Code** on your email. This code is personal and private. You can use this code later to re-check your Secret Santa friend

6️⃣ Re-Check Anytime

Forgot who your Secret Friend is? No problem! Login again(With OTP) → Open “Check My Secret Friend” → Enter your Secret Code(You already got by email this one time ) or ask admin help to share your secret code but basic login OTP from user/memeber side only → your friend's name will be shown after entring secret code

7️⃣ Rules to Keep It Fair

• You can select only once
• Your selection cannot be changed
• Your Secret Friend’s name is not emailed for privacy
• You must log in again + enter Secret Code to view the name
• Your friend will not receive your name; everything is private
